Shooters Range – Rules & Waiver

Safety Rules

Safety is paramount. Failure to follow these rules may result in termination without refund and a permanent ban.

• Eye protection must be worn at all times.
• Only shoot downrange, towards the targets.
• Handle all guns with care. Guns must remain in booths.
• Only Shooters Range guns & ammunition may be used.
• Do not climb onto booths or enter shooting areas.
• Do not reuse BBs from the floor.
• Follow staff instructions at all times.
• No alcohol, drugs, or disruptive behaviour.
• Respect others and keep the area clean.

Liability Waiver

I acknowledge that my participation in activities at Shooters Range Ltd is entirely voluntary. I understand that airsoft activities involve inherent risks, which may include the potential for injury or, in rare cases, death.

In consideration of being permitted to participate, I agree to release and hold harmless Shooters Range Ltd, including its Directors, staff, agents, representatives, and affiliates, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of income, medical expenses, and legal fees arising from or connected to my participation in activities at the range.

I understand that it is my responsibility to comply with all safety rules and instructions provided by Shooters Range staff. I agree to disclose any information that may put myself or others at risk prior to participation, including being under the influence of alcohol, illicit drugs, or certain prescription medications. I commit to following all rules as directed and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in immediate termination of my session, at the sole discretion of Shooters Range staff.

I understand that any damage to, or failure of, equipment must be reported immediately so it can be addressed, and that Shooters Range Ltd cannot be held liable for any resulting financial loss or personal injury.

I confirm that I have read and understood this waiver and agree to its terms voluntarily. By agreeing, I acknowledge that I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to bring claims or legal action against Shooters Range Ltd for injuries or damages arising from my participation.

Age Requirement & Supervision

Participants must be 18+, or have a guardian (18+) agree on their behalf. Minimum one supervising adult per booth.
